SoftO2 has a number of preferred supplier agreements in place with a range of business partners. In drawing up preferred supplier agreements, we work with our customers to determine and agree on mutual outcomes, pricing structure and set service level standards to ensure the best service is provided throughout the length of the agreement.
Volume Recruitment
SoftO2 has the expertise and capability to supply large volumes of staff to our customers using the fActiveHire Recruitment Methodology and have been doing so for many years. SoftO2 is your choice for quantity AND - most importantly - quality. SoftO2 will also place an expert on-site for total account, communication and recruitment support.
Master/Managed Vendor
SoftO2 can supply staff outside our areas of expertise through established relationships with other recruitment suppliers. If you have a role that can't be filled by SoftO2, we may use the assistance of other suppliers. All candidates are only referred to our customers after participating in SoftO2's assessment process.
