Through needs analysis and customization, we ensure a perfect fit between the client's environment and the delivered training - using simple, systematic and transparent steps. Onsite training generally is economical for team sizes of 6 and up.

During the first interaction with SoftO2, the Client indicates the high-level needs and preferred time frame. A SoftO2 Education Team member explains the training methodology, offerings and base terms. |

SoftO2 Trainer discusses detailed technical needs and parameters with Client's team.
Through an obligation-free pre-session discussion, a designated SoftO2 Trainer and the client representative analyze current and targeted skills in order to drive the customization effort. |

SoftO2 creates training proposal, for review and sign-off by the Client.
Based on the technical discussion, SoftO2 proposes at least two alternatives of course offerings including detailed outlines, timeline, and terms. Multiple offerings enable the Client to balance customization versus cost. Client and SoftO2 subsequently agree on training content, format, dates and terms. |

During the training sessions, the SoftO2 Trainer is 100% dedicated to achieving the targeted benefits. Other than through instruction, examples, exercises/simulations and supporting material, the SoftO2 Trainer provides consultations in order to facilitate the tackling of the Client's immediate challenges. |

SoftO2 Trainer provides post-session support to Client's team.
In order to guarantee successful application of acquired skills in the Client's daily project environment, the SoftO2 Trainer remains engaged for a period of at least three months to answer any questions. |
