This workshop training course teaches Agile project managers and Scrum Masters how to plan, estimate and track efforts in agile and scrum teams. Participants in this course will learn how to plan agile/scrum projects at release and sprint/iteration level, apply effective estimation techniques, balance predictibility versus adaptability in schedules, and track ongoing efforts.
