What SoftO2 Provided |

Our approach was to involve - besides the QA team - the product owner, Scrum Master, business analysts and developers in building an effective environment with best practices and sprints that allow for smooth incorporation of software testing. Along with new practices, SoftO2 trained the QA team on the key agile concepts relevant for testing, agile test planning, close collaboration with developers, and on exploratory testing techniques. |

The Result |

|
The result of our work was a shift in the IT team's perception and participation in building quality with fewer cycles. The QA team mastered the skills to strategize and drive effective testing activities in the Sprint planning meetings and during the iterations, and this with active involvement of colleagues within their respective cross-functional teams. |
